Choose Kind Libraries making a positive impact Think Kindness helped connect Altrusa Richardson with Hogaricito San Juan Bosco, a small orphanage in La Fortuna, Costa Rica, to receive their own Choose Kind Library. Through this collaboration and through funding provided by Altrusa Richardson's Outstanding Women of Today Luncheon fundraiser and a grant provided by Altrusa International Foundation, Altrusa Richardson purchased 65 Spanish language books which were shipped to Think Kindness so they could take them to the orphanage in October 2023 while their global team was there. To date, Altrusa Richardson has sponsored 24 local and 12 international Choose Kind Libraries. |
