COMMUNITY OUTREACH / KINDNESS: Mike’s Kids Rio Grande Valley Collection

SHOPPING TRIP CANCELL;ED

Community Outreach Committee in partnership with Kindness Committee is organizing a group shopping trip to collect leggings and feminine hygiene products to provide to Mike’s Kids in response to an urgent request to support women at camps awaiting review for entry into the United States via the Rio Grande Valley border crossing.

Mike’s Kids truck will be leaving Richardson on 12/11/2019 and can receive donations up to this date, plus club members can submit individual donations. To support the shopping for items, $800 has been allocated by Community Outreach.

If you are unable to attend on this date, feel free to organize your own group shopping trips! Please contact Samanthia Slaight with questions. Receipts should be presented to either Linda Griffith or Gloria Sandoval.
